I would let them grow a couple more weeks as long as you have the space for it! It will pay off come harvest time!

Why/how do you guys water only every couple days?I have to water my girls everysingle day, otherwise they are pretty unhappy. I give them about 550 mL every 24 hours.

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). High RHThe RH where i live is 70%-99%. RH in home is 58%(+/-3%) and I cannot get the tent below 55% with a dehumidifier.
For the flowering stage (which I am in now) how detrimental will it be if I cant get RH lower?
