Guys i read a tutorial for LST and it says there that you need to top your plant in order to do LST? Is that true? And is there a reason i should stress my plants by topping them altough i can make them the shape i want only whit the LST

No, you can lst them fine without topping them and get similar results. I choose to top mine, but there are lots of methods that give great results. Good luck!

Topping techinque: 4 main colasI'm approaching topping for the first time. The aim is to get 4 main colas, without FIM. Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?Week 3
