Guys i read a tutorial for LST and it says there that you need to top your plant in order to do LST? Is that true? And is there a reason i should stress my plants by topping them altough i can make them the shape i want only whit the LST

No, you can lst them fine without topping them and get similar results. I choose to top mine, but there are lots of methods that give great results. Good luck!

ScrOG tucking: expose lower smaller bud sites by tucking/compacting main cola branches?For a better yield, should I aggressively (but gently) bend main leading branches and tuck all shading fans to expose young 'undergrowth' branches (circled) and bud sites to light, or, inversely, untuck fans and straighten leading branches to give more light energy to them?

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?

Are the gals safe to top or are they too stressed?I've heard that you shouldn't top your ladies while there are any deficiencies or issues as it can be extremely stressful. Lower leaves too pale or yellowing?I am noticing the lower leaves of my Royal Critical Automatic to be much more pale green than the top of the plant.
Is this a nutrient/light/watering/lst stress problem if at all?
