Just remember, - More leaves = more energy being made = more growth. It really is that simple!

I would not defoliate. I would focus on bending the plant to get light to those new bud sights OR I would just FIM/TOP the plant to stimulate some more growth. https://amzn.to/3JusL1L Here is a link to a smart planter that's made for LST. Take a look At the design. I'm Sure youll see why i say it'll help lol. Put some plant ties on those rings to lightly open the plant up. 😅 I actually just came up with it and i think its an awesome idea so I'd love if you would help me out by trying it out and leaving a review or sharing it with people who may be able to use it.

Dear friend. I've read your post and I see you have a bright future for her. Sadly, with auto, there is nothing much you can do beside letting her do her thang. However, you might be a candidate to grow some photoperiod and do some mainlining.... But this require time. So looking at her closely. No. Don't remove anything, You got your LST training spot on mate new shoots are open and plant will use these big leaves as solar panel to catch the energy, and promote more biomass. You will want to remove leaves when they block a shoot or flower spot. Or to maintain an even canopy, or when growing photoperiod, defoliation is a technique to promote flowering. Look into shwazzing grow technique.

Put the lights a lil further from canopy, so they could try and stretch but sometimes it depends on the genetics strain your growing, some will always be lettuce like leaves no matter what
