At what point is it better to remove stings, before entering flowering or in the pre-flowering that they stretch and you can take out more shoots?

Starting day for a growdiary?According to the calendar, today is 'day 33' since sprouting, 'day 35' since germination and 'day 36' from start. Somewhere in the diary I've made a mistake, whoever spots it first receives a price. Anyway as soon as I put a seed in a glass of water to germinate I start counting.
