Hi @LockDownGrow I usually defoliate the automatic plants slowly at the beginning of the fifth week, some leaves from the main branch and some brunches at the bottom of the plant, after a week at the beginning of the sixth week I do a little more defoliation on larger leaves that are shading but I only do this second defoliation if it is really necessary. the secret of defoliation in auto plants is to do it slowly and gradually so that the plant does not stress. good luck mate 👍

i dont really see the point of defoliating autos at all, but if you want you can remove the bottom layer of leafs, much more than that and it might impact bud spots. The way the plants are now, which is small in size, i would say dont defoliate at all. sorry if that's not the answer you're looking for ! Hope this helps ! 🚀
