Its fine have used them as an intermediate stage just dont remove the pot if you transplant, just drop it in and carefully split two sides for roots to exit but dont separate!
Doesnt sound like you will need to do that. Some pots will will be denser than others.
I know but removing is worse.

What’s up! I’ve used those pots for non ganja plants and they’re great if you plant to keep your plants in them for their whole life but when it comes to transplanting the roots can become really embedded into the pot and make a very brutal transplant. Hope this helps👌

Should I just eject these from the garden????The new plants are looking good and my old ones look sad. Supposed to be autoflowers? They had thrips early on which caused havok.
