Plantas pequeñas, fallo luz?

I work with two 200w LED panels, and they have a power regulator. How do you think I should use them in all their growing phases? For example, at the beginning, I put them at 40cm and half power, then at 80cm and at maximum? I think I'm not getting adequate growth for some reason.

200w is sure not gonna be enough... it's not enough for one... imagine for three! During vegetative state you gonna be fine tho. I recommend setting the panel on Veg state and light on more blue light possible, for flowering you'll use it all(blue and red). Me myself I don't have adequate equipment, the plant will still grow(like weeds do) but you'll not have a good harvest. Count that for a single plant you need at least 3200 lumen that is equivalent to almost (at least) 300W power.

Is my plant too small (in week 4) to get a decent yield next month?Should I worry about the length of the plant at this time? I'm now halfway week 5 and it's about 25cm, but it's hard to believe this will still double in size in the next 2 weeks, assuming lenght growth will stop or slow once flowering starts.

Are my Bruce banner big enough for 13 days old ? The pellets were too dry for a couple of days (only 70% humidity) at the beginning and maybe the light was too weak (I used 40% of 205w Led at 70cm from the plant, area is quite small). What do you think ? Thx !!! had to repost
