Papa_Tanswered grow question 5 months ago Inspect your buds at multiple different locations. With a jewellers loupe or pocket microscope.
Are there still clear tricromes? If yes, then she needs more time.
Are all your tricromes cloudy? If yes then your harvest window is open.
The pictures you show us, there’s no possible way for us to say if it’s ripe or not. Simply saying you’re at week 12 isn’t much to go by either.
From what I see I think you have an other two weeks before harvest. You’ve still got lots of white pistils.
This is the time for you to inspect your buds daily and train yourself to look for those visible cues. There’s a big distinction between a clear tricrome and a cloudy/milky tricrome. If you start seeing amber tricromes then she’s more than likely ready to harvest.
When to pull is personal preference. When they’re all cloudy bud is at max potency.
Let the bud mature a bit further to see some amber tricromes, but potency is on a slight decline but flavour profile develops further. The more amber tricromes the more sedative effects the bud will have.
So there’s about a ten day window for harvesting, it’s up to you to choose what you want from your crop.
Don’t prematurely chop your bud. Read them and adjust accordingly, trust what your eyes tell you.
