Something good to remember when drying is that if you are smelling terps, they are leaving your plant and floating in the air and that's not where you want them.
With the cool temps, the terps should stay in the trichomes and you won't smell them. This is a good sign.
I would be cautious of jarring too early. The flower may feel dry, but the stems can have moisture in and when they release that moisture in the jar, it can raise the humidity too much and you risk mold.
If the flower is airy you may be done in 10 days or less, but with more solid, dense flower like you have you want to wait around 14 days.
