Buds growing too early?

If its an Auto strain, they start flowering around week 4, dont worry, she should keep growing more, at least for 2/3 of weeks.. You can keep Veg nutes if you want to develop a bigger structure, until she is focused in growing the buds, i mean, at the end its listening to the plant ^^

if it is an autoflowering plant, then there are no problems. Autoflowers start flowering on 3-4 weeks from seed.
