The only thing I think is that it is because of too much water the pH is fine the soil is dry because I do not want to water it right now I felt that it is because of excess water before this I was using pH Perfect Advance Nutrients I don't know if I should water it right now

If the medium is dry water it, is the problem that its too wet for too long, roots not getting enough air, is it sat in tray of water? Adjust the mixture of your medium to match the need of your plants.

There is no such thing as too much water problem; only a medium with too much water retention for the environment it grows. Plastic pot, don't see any perlite either, no diary, no environmental metrics, no feeding history, I see coir in your soil too, that's another whole problem, was it buffered prior? PH reading, not "its fine", its clearly not. An ideal soil is commonly said to have 50% pore space (water + air), 5 % organic matter, and 45% minerals.

Water it based on the needs of the plant. Pick up the pot. Is it light and dry. water it. if it heavy and damp. don't water it. Each plant will require its on needs. Most of them fall inline but their will always be others that do not. I have one of them in my tent right now. It does not drink or grow as fast as the others so I do not water it al the time like the others. Your ntrient line does not seem to need any PH alterations so just use it as is. and dilute it down to the desired EC. Best to start a diary and link it to the questions your asking for other have a batter understanding of whats going on.
