Yes you should plnt them in your preferred medium the Exhaust air should be controlled by humidity at about 70-80% and lower it in the next weeks to about 50-60% for distance i don't now how strong your light is but my rule is to put it at min 1 meter away from the seedlings so that they won't getting burned no air circulation fan for first 2 days after that I would let them run at 15min on 15min off

As soon as the seed shows a tap root start I place the seed in whatever I am growing it in. I create a dome to keep it moist and the humidity up until it sprouts. It is usually 3 to 5 days from seed. I remove the dome as soon as it sheds the husk. Seeds go in pointed end down, crown up.

You'll be ok without ta fan for a few wks.They want putting in the substrate,rockwool,cococ or soil asap. Blue lights are best for seedlings but your led will do if you don't have a blue seedling light.CFLs are what I use with a 1 cool white led strip light.
