ignore trichomes on leaves. can't really see well enough.. but if you see amber on calyxes up and down plant, it's at least at the start of the harvest window. more light will reduce the amount of leaves you have in future.

If you don't want couch potato, harvest now.

I still see some clear if you’re wanting some more relaxing effects I would for sure give it a week your trichomes on the leaves are gonna turn faster than the ones on the buds and those leaves are getting trimmed anyways so personally I’d give it a week or 2
