Most growers tend not to mix them. In theory there's no reason saying you can't. It may stress your plants though. If you have a look at lighting experiments on yt. You may find your answer.

I'm a little confused about what is meant when they say to have a 12" light distance for flowering and 18" for veg. Does that mean lower to 12" at the switch to 12/12, or just maintain a min 12" distance?

5 hr power cut in flowerThis morning my lights come on as they should but then I had a power cut for 5 hrs after the light been on for 1 hr in the morning. I'm 2 weeks into flower on a 12/12 ... Too close to the βsunβ(light).... any advice?My plant grew close to 4x itβs original size during her stretch, 10-12β on day one of 12/12 to 46β tall. Sheβs on day 30 of flower and I set up a second ScrOG net. Other than blocking light to shorter plants, do you see any other potential problems this second net might cause?

Do you lower light intensity and temps towards the end of flower?So Iβm in mid flower, start of week 7 to be exact. Iβm curious on when you guys start pulling back light intensity and going with a little cooler temps. Iβm running a 240W S33 from AC infinity in a 3x3.

Is it worth adding a LED 18w 2700k strip light for last few weeks of flower?Should I add this light for the last few weeks of flower? I have a Streetlight 18w LED strip see pics. I was thinking that if I added this strip designed for flower to my tent like a side light it may help my Viparspectra V300 in fattening those buds a little. Thoughts?
