25% TS1000 for sprouting or higher?

I recently started growing in my new HS40 with the TS1000. How high should I put the TS1000 at untill she sprouds? Should I keep her on 25% untill she sprouts or can I push it up a bit? The light is all the way up.

Hi,
hab auch mit ner 1000 TS angefangen. Du kannst die Lampe auf 30cm Höhe hängen und ca. 20-25% Leistung geben. Würde erst mal mit 20% anfangen, erhöhen kann man immer noch.

I never start my seeds under a light. Just a good old fashioned windowsill. When they sprout then they go under light. The sun is free energy.

Personally I keep mine 25% all through veg until a week in flower, if my plants stretch then I would turn the light up higher or simply bring the plant closer to the light, no need to waste your energy when veg
