25% TS1000 for sprouting or higher?

I recently started growing in my new HS40 with the TS1000. How high should I put the TS1000 at untill she sprouds? Should I keep her on 25% untill she sprouts or can I push it up a bit? The light is all the way up.

Hi, I also started with a 1000 TS. You can hang the lamp at a height of 30cm and give it about 20-25% power. I would start with 20%, you can always increase it later.

I never start my seeds under a light. Just a good old fashioned windowsill. When they sprout then they go under light. The sun is free energy.

Personally I keep mine 25% all through veg until a week in flower, if my plants stretch then I would turn the light up higher or simply bring the plant closer to the light, no need to waste your energy when veg

Plants Growing Taller Than Light My plants are growing taller than the LED light!
