Is my LED too close or too far from my plant?

So this is my first grow and it feels like she’s growing a bit slow. Currently at day 10. Distance was 62 cm. The LED is 100W. Now the distance is 57 cm. I’m wondering if I’m just impatient. Is this distance appropriate? How is the growth looking?

Running a Fineest 1000W by KING is 100W? Manufacturer states average draw is 180W. Regardless, manufacturer states: 1. any life cycle should be 24 inches from plant, 2. initial introduction to light should be 48 inches, 3. recommended distance is 30-36 inches. I don't know how seriously I would follow those directions, looks like it is made for a plethora of crops. Make sure you're in you VEG mode on that light and definitely don't go below 40cm for the seedling IMO. She is doing a lot right now in preparation. Her energy consumption is going to increase exponentially soon. These days might feel long but for day over day changes she is putting in work. I try to balance the light distance for seedlings between trying to make them stretch and grow long quickly and making sure they're stable enough to support themselves.

Hi, here's a little tip: I use the app Photone to set my lights correctly. It's not 100% accurate, but it definitely helps you out. Follow these values and measure at the leaf canopy. Seedling Phase: In this phase, the plants need less light intensity, about 100–300 µmol/m²/s, to promote healthy growth without overwhelming the young plants. Vegetative Phase: Here, the light requirement increases to 400–600 µmol/m²/s, as the plants need more energy for leaf growth and development. Flowering Phase: During the flowering phase, a higher light intensity of 600–900 µmol/m²/s is recommended to maximize flower production. It's important to gradually increase the light intensity and ensure that the plants do not suffer from light stress. If your lamp is dimmable, you can also hang it lower and dim it, saving energy that way.
