Anyone affiliated with Mars Hydro? Very disappointed with customer service

My TS 1000’s controller/driver crapped the bed. Contacted customer support, told them the issue, they diagnosed based on videos i send, and was told they were sending replacement parts. 2 weeks later, no email confirmation and no reply to my previous 2 emails sent a week apart.

Took me 3 weeks, and two attempts at them promising a over night part to me. I switched to Viparspectra then. Might wanna consider it. Keep the Mars for a back up after fixed. Is what happened to my tsl 2000. Look up Viparspectra Emily. Her handle is something like that. You will know when you see it. Great gal to work with.

Go back to where you bought it from eg amazon/store and tell them the issues. See if they can do anything about it. They might have good rapport with the rep. Follow up with customer support, reference any ticket numbers they may have provided you with. Try sending a new email form a different account or use the "contact us" form or "live chat" if they have it. these tend to go to main inboxes where everyone sees it. Keep reaching out till you hear word. Also check your SPAM folder for tracking links or replies. Don't snap or they will ignore you. still have to be calm and collected. If you used a credit card, you could call your cards 1800 and say a product you purchased with your card has failed and the company is not responding to your requests. Some cards have buyer protection for up to 90days after select purchases. You have some options. Keep at it. Good Luck!
