Make sure environment is dialed in. Pay close attention to temperature and humidity. Lower temps tend to preserve terpenes. Mid flower I drop temperature, currently 24.5c and until I touch anything in the tent smell is minimal, once I touch anything it STINKS. But terps are volatile compounds so if you want to prevent losing them temperature plays pretty important role as far as I'm tracking. I could be out to lunch though.

The "hay" or grassy smell could be a part of late flowering, especially if terpenes start to degrade from heat, dry air, or poor airflow. It sometimes happens when conditions shift or nutrients taper off. In some cases, the smell comes back during curing – so it's not necessarily a sign of something going wrong. Never happened indoor for my plants, but outdoor I also had a bit "side" smell. Regarding, trichomes my eyes are too bad to judge about colors😜 If you are not referring to the pistils (the little white hairs), which are starting to darken. That’s totally normal and just part of the ripening process.😅

Some of the photos look like the buds are not devolving because there so small and lack of light. Just let them keep growing don’t stress it.

The trichomes you are checking are probably on the fan/sugar leaves and they will mature early and are not an accurate judge of maturity. smell comes down to genetics but your plants are still fairly young. make sure you dry properly and then cure correctly. Focus on that and study up to bring out the best smell your genetics can provide. also as a new grower, remember that nutrients dont dictate flavor/smells or potency. So dont throw more at it, in an attempt to make her "better" Just keep her happy and healthy and then dry and cure for the best chance at smell and potency. If you have any other questions, im willing to answer them through messages or however possible. Best of luck 🤙

Keep eye on chlorosis of new growth... if it fills in quickly no big deal.. if it progresses could be too much P or K or maybe too little S. paling from inside out is less common than tip-in. leaf symptoms are not discrete so you always need to cross-reference with other characteristics to make the best guess. Doing the wrong thing often just makes things worse, so be patient in diagnosing it.

no big deal. is it too hot? too dry? If you keep the climate decent, that's all you can do. Don't rub or constantly touch it etc... The rest is genetics. You won't know the true outcome until it's dried and cured. Maybe, somethings correlate, but weak smell while growing does not eliminate possibility of tasty, stinky buds. trichomes mature throughout the entire grow cycle. Look at them for fun, now, but you only assess their coloration after the buds have fully plumped. heck, if you scope the preflowrs, you'll find amber very early. Trichomes on leavs amber up early too, but these are to be ignored. "Gold" is probably more an effect of the triches being translucent -- just seeing the yellowish color of its sorroundings. your plants look healthy and node spacing is proper... you are fine.
