I'm actually read up and into this.. it's not resin. It's more akin to sap from what I read and the testing they did on the sap. Indicated t's nothing to be concerned about but it's nothing you should be really rushing to smoke either. It's mostly water. I wish I could link the website I found it but I had to do some digging...

It's a resin bubble , I've seen it on one of my plants , on one of silky_smouth plant and on one of my friends Saintetiennegrows ( on insta ) , so I saw it 3 time during the last 3 years , here is the 4th one so it's a pretty rare phenomenon but not uncommun. I can't tell if it is psychoactive like ash

Hi @grow_it420 The calyx is where cannabis resin glands are secreted, so it must be resin. good luck mate 👍

Letting the pot sit on runoff water.I've been letting the runoff on the little plates below on the pot.
I've read yesterday that it was a bad idea and i should remove the runoff and let plates dry.
So just to confirm.
