Too Much Light?

I think I have severly stunted my girls. Maybe I am comparing too much to other growers. My light has been hanging at 29in at 100% which was the recommendation. I think I damaged them. Can they recover? I saw a diary with the same light/strain at a hang height of 30in @60% power.

Seedlings don’t need super bright lights at the beginning friend.
But she looks fine man. And yes you have to stop comparing your grow to other grows. Read your plant and treat her the way she needs to be treated.
She’ll be fine though, weed is resilient. No stress friend 🤙

Top leaves turn dark and curl - What can I do?I've had Nitrogen and possible Cal/Mag deficiencies 2 weeks ago.
Mid last week I started noticing some burn a the tips, so i dialed nutrients back again.
By this weekend the tips of the leaves curled further and turned dark.
The rest still looks a bit pale, but buds look good.

Nutrient lockout or deficiencyDie unter Planze im Bild ist seit ein paar Tagen hell obwohl ich letztes mal schon mehr gedüngt hab. Habe mit EC 1.5 / Ph 6.2 gegossen. Im runoff kam Ec von 3.5 raus, es war aber nur sehr wenig runoff deswegen find ich 3.5 eigentlich in ordnung. Blatt spitzen sind aber auffällig.
