Depending on your available space ? the yield you are expecting ? the wattage of your light ? the kind of light because hps are emiting more heat than led and are making more stretchy plants than leds so you generally needs more height.
So without any of thes infos I would say that the best tent is a wide tent like a 120 x 60 cm from any reliable brand like secret jardin , mars hydro , vivo sun , gorilla tent , superbox mylar , ect

Vivosun are fairly Priced and of Moderate Quality. Not amazing but definitely a great place to start. Save money on the tent and get a nice quality Grow light you'll thank yourself in the long run.
