Does anyone know what these are , there are many of them on the pots and soil . Are they harmful ? And how do I get rid of them completely?

If I am to bet something, I would bet this is the photo of an aphid. Springtails have longer back part(tail). as a guy familiar with both,I would say this is a aphid and they'll get lost when there is nothing to eat. They are not that harmful, you can finish a grow with them as I did a few times with no problem. But I'm sure there is something called neem oil that helps you get rid of them

Do they jump when you gently pass your finger along the soil? If they do, they are springtails, they are not harmful. They thrive on moist soil. Just let the soil dry up between waterings to control them
