Hi Bro the most of springtail's family are considered a minor pest as the mostly feed on organic material as molds, fungi and algae and actively partecipate to humus build up. Both diatomaceous earth and neem are effective to control them. Cheers

Yellow/ brown SPOTS ON BOTTOM LEAVES PLEASE HELPI have noticed that leaves are getting a bit droopy and bottom leaves have yellow/brown spots.
