Big bug in my hydroponic tank wilma

Yesterday afternoon I took my mobile phone and took a video inside the tank to see how the roots are, looking at the video carefully I discovered that there is a large insect but I can't understand what it!

It looks like a crawling water beetle. Not that big of a deal IMO. You can try to vacuum him out.

How many others have otherwise healthy autos take 4+ months regularly? The one in my bonus pictures (not in the grow, didnt feel like moving it from tent) didnt even flower the first time until 3-4 weeks ago, 7 months in. We even quit fucking with it for two months completely.Week 6

White flyes problemFor now they aim to the veins underside of the biggest fan leaves. I tryed an oil based spray but i feel it was to light.
Around the vegetation is full of white fluffy spots.
Plants developed some little like milky like signs also on the leaves, right upside of the infectionWeek 6

So my question is what to do for nutrients from now on start of week 8 I am going to continue to week 10 then see if it's worth making it to week 12. But I need a nutrient scedual that's going to work . I'm thinking 3ml of each biobizz heaven top max and bloom .

Dealing with thripsI found what I believe is thrips. Anyone have experience dealing with them? I plan to use either LCPT, Dr Zymes, or Spinosid. That and pyrethrum is what I have on hand. Shes bushy and harder to LST for air flow/light to the lower sites. The larger leaves are laying on the top of the bucket, and there's moisture when lifted. I'm using a larger fan to keep air moving. Do you recommend trimming some leaves during veg? Also which leaves would I cut?Week 4

Infected Leaves. To remove part of the leaf or whole leaf?I had had pests and disease issues my second grow of Autoflowers. I believe it was hemp russet mites which spread disease on parts of many of my leaves. Would it be alright to remove only the part of the leaf that was infected or to remove the entire leaf?Leaves.
