Right off the bat I thought, oh oh, thats spider mites spew. But let's take a closer look. Spider mites ain't hard to miss, they love to climb close to the light as possible so they hang out on highest cola.

Given the plant is visually being eaten I'd have to go with mites or thrips, but both easy to spot. So I'm not sure, hopefully you can get to the bottom of it.
