Hello
I guess that depends on the age of your plants. Are you going to stick with fox farm nutrients also? If so I'd use their trio of grow/micro/ bloom and you should just need between 1-2 tsp of the grow or blooms and then 3 tsp of the micro to each gallon of water.
Personally I see a big deference when i use a calmag supplement, so I would use that once a week also.
