Cotyledon issue from seedling

Have seedlings from Auto Colorado Cookies (Dutch Passion). One already has cotyledons, but not opened yet. I see some yellow and bigger brown spot of the tip. In the beginning I had 250 PPFD, could this be the issue?
Now I am around 100 PPFD and put the light a bit up. See photo.

That brown spot is where the seed cap was attached to the seedling. Nothing to worry about. She will turn towards the light soon enough.

Hi, looks to me like leftover skin from the seed. You can spray the seedling at night, and in the morning, the rest should fall off by itself. Or you can gently pull it off. But be careful not to damage the cotyledons. Good luck with the grow!

Is this bud rot?I found strange purple/dark brow discoloration on one of buds and surrounding leaves. It could be caused by bad supercropp of the cola, or I am thinking bud rot. What do you think, should I harvest immediately, or am I stressing too much? RH is 50-60%, but the box is cramped.

Is this pH related?Hello, mates!
Anyone knows what this could be? Searching I found that it could be pH related. I use pH controller from ferts (pH perfect from advanced nutrients) since the beginning, so I think it's odd that it could be a pH issue.
p.s. 3.5 weeks of flowering

N or P deficiency?Need help to understand if this is P or N deficiency. It's on the lowest fan leaves, one is more pronounced than the other, and it's mostly on one side. Stems and veins look like they're giving hints of P def but from what I searched leaves look like it could be N def.

Brown spots on older fan leavesSpotted some brown spots on 2 of the older fan leaves today. Any thoughts on what the issue may be?
Does not rub off- was worried about rust at first.
Some more info that could be helpful is that I am using RO water. Thinking about rasing the lights a little higher up too.

Flushing don't seem to solve my lockoutIt's been 6 days since I noticed the problem. first thought it was a deficiency but really is a lockout.
I flushed 2 days ago but she keeps getting worse. Am I being impatient?
I flushed with tap water pH 6-7 until the runoff was in the same range and haven't fed her for 4 day.

Brown spots on my leavesGrowing organically with happy frog mixed with a super soil concentrate. I water them with spring bottle water, ph at 6.Recharge every 10 days. Top dress 2-2-2 dry amendments and I top dress in week 4 of flower with the super soil concentrate.

Spotting issue consistent in all my grows. Have always thought Cal deficient but more Cal never fixes the issue. PH always checked with 2 PH pens 6.2-6.8.Always pops up around the same time in flower.. week 4/5. Brown irregular spots and occasional curling down on the fan leaves. The only things I have consistently used in all the grows is the LED light, RO water, and CALiMAGic. Switched to dry organics but now its back. N toxic?

What is this brown spot?What is this brown spot? 18” from light. Just fed about 10 hours ago with dr.Earth 1-1-1 liquid solution watered in with 1/4 gallon of water. It is the only spot on whole plant. I know the temps are high. Wondering if it could be something else.
