I wanted to ask if you think this plant has mold or if it's just a major deficiency due to a blockage. I have an indoor plant next door with some plants growing with dark spots, it's in my previous question. Sorry for giving more information, I don't know what would help.

Not mold - just advanced nitrogen deficiency.
if something is isolated, it's okay to ignore. If it progresses, you need to react to it once the symptoms and other cross-referenced information leads to a confident answer. In this case, N-deficiency is one of the easiest things to diagnose.
leaf symptoms are indiscrete. if you only rely on them, you make mistakes at some point. image search for a 'marijuana leaf symptom chart' - keep asking for help as you need but start looking it over... you'll soon be as good as anyone else can be at guessing what the cause is.

When to chop for bubble hash? Do not care about visible color but medicinal effects.I am on day 63 and I see some amber trichomes but many still appear to be clear while buds are still bulking up. Does this look like 1 more week or slightly longer from your perspective?
