Here’s what it most likely is (from most to least common) and what to do: 1) Light/water splash marking Tiny droplets on leaves act like lenses and cause small pale spots. Also gentle rubbing when training can scuff tender tissue. Fix: Avoid wetting leaves under light; if you must spray, do it right before lights off.
