Should I cut off the inner lower side shoots on both plants so that they don't consume energy? these be lollipopped later anyway and won't they get any light Cut now = energy goes to other shoots ? DAY 30 Veg / topped 4 days ago

If you know they are not going to be used in your canopy, then, yes, go ahead. Keep the adjacent leaves, though. Just prune off the useless axilla. Unless they are causing condensation daily, the leaves are fine.

You can cut some of the leaves that are under the " frame" but it doesn't matter too much, you'll probably want to cut them off at some point anyway though

The leaves with the red stems I usually chop off if they are in the way or to get better airflow. Go for it. It's healthy. They can take a lot in veg.

Yes You can, but this is not necesery... i do without cut any leaf and worked too... if you have good wind in box and good lamp this is not necesery.
