For an accurate diagnosis, more information would have helped, but we can already draw a few conclusions:
The leaves turning purple (almost black!) may be due to excessive cold, especially at night, probably below 15°C
The color and deterioration of the foliage also indicate a phosphorus or magnesium lockout, caused not only by low temperature but also by the pH of your substrate
The plastic pot is a bad idea, especially if there are no holes at the bottom ; your roots are suffocating and blocked
I also think your lighting is too weak or too far away
Finally, if you performed LST while the plant was already weakened, that likely worsened its stress
Overall, it’s not necessarily a lost cause ; you could try to recover it by checking the soil and water pH, adding drainage holes to your pot, raising the temperature, etc. But to be honest, you’ll probably be disappointed with the yield, both in potency and in weight…
