Scrog or LST for auto?

I want to know the best tips to make a good scrog, whats the perfect moment to start and if i can use it in a auto (red poison auto) or in this case its better just use lollypoping with LST? Thank you all, im new and i start yo learn a lot.

Too close to the “sun”(light).... any advice?My plant grew close to 4x it’s original size during her stretch, 10-12” on day one of 12/12 to 46” tall. She’s on day 30 of flower and I set up a second ScrOG net. Other than blocking light to shorter plants, do you see any other potential problems this second net might cause?Plant. Too tall

ScrOG tucking: expose lower smaller bud sites by tucking/compacting main cola branches?For a better yield, should I aggressively (but gently) bend main leading branches and tuck all shading fans to expose young 'undergrowth' branches (circled) and bud sites to light, or, inversely, untuck fans and straighten leading branches to give more light energy to them?1y ago
