LST + SOG - Should/could I remove the LST ties once I place a trelace net over the plants? My plants haven't grown upwards much due to the training/tying down to the pot... A tent and filtration are enroute to support operation, prior to flowering...

Yes you can do it and when she will be free from her ties it will change her shape.
The only difficulty here is to manage the plant under the net as you will have to put every tops in the net holes

Defoliation for better ventilation?Should I defoliate/prune to ensure better ventilation? I am going to flip the plant soon. It is quite bushy with big leaves and sometimes it is difficult to water it as there are a lot of leaves down there.

LST - How to Scrog helpLooking for advice on how to use a SCROG auto. Bought one to try LST but confused how it works. Looking at videos people just seem to squash on top during veg. I have a question for experienced growers who've used LST.
The stem usually branches out to 2 branches, one of which is just one big leaf and the other branch has nodes & other branches.
Do you put the branch with the big leaf below the rest, above or prune it?
