Trichomes are a key indicator for knowing when to harvest cannabis plants. Observing the trichomes will help you decide the optimal harvest time to achieve the effects you desire. Here’s an explanation of how the trichomes should appear and the differences between transparent, milky, and amber trichomes: Transparent Trichomes Appearance: They are almost invisible or have a very clear, transparent look. Meaning: Transparent trichomes indicate that the plant is still developing. The plant is producing cannabinoids, but it is not fully mature. Harvesting at this stage may result in a "lighter" or less potent effect. Milky (White) Trichomes Appearance: The trichomes are opaque, white, or milky. Meaning: This is the phase where trichomes are most loaded with THC, which results in a more potent, energizing effect. Growers typically harvest when most of the trichomes are milky, as this provides a mix of psychoactive and medicinal effects. Amber Trichomes Appearance: The trichomes turn amber or golden. Meaning: Amber trichomes indicate that cannabinoids like THC are beginning to degrade and convert into CBN, which has more sedative effects. Harvesting when a good portion of trichomes are amber will result in a more relaxing, sedative effect or a "softer high." When to Harvest? For a more energetic and euphoric effect: Harvest when most of the trichomes are milky (white). For a more relaxing or sedative effect: Harvest when you see that a good portion of the trichomes are amber (around 20-30% of the trichomes). If you prefer a balanced effect: You can harvest when the trichomes are a mix of milky and amber, so you get an effect that’s neither too strong nor too mild. 😉👍

After looking at your diary, I would say harvest now or very soon if you like maximum THC and maximum high. If you want sleepy, heavy, body stone effect with degraded THC and increased CBD and CBN, harvest in 10 days or so. Personally, I would harvest now.

I would harvest it. Looks ready. Amber means THC is degrading. You spent a lot of time and effort, letting it rot further is counterproductive.

also would say a few days more for a optimal level. i suggest : day 67 , dark & just water from 64/65. and if you give her 1h less light but near the same DLI she would get a small bloompush (days getting shorter = she needs to get finished )
