7-10 days for max THC and full head high effect since that is what you are looking for it seems. Generically, once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone. As of now, I would be stopping all fertilizers and supplements and just giving plain water until harvest time.

It really depends on the vibe you want. When I harvest around this stage, it usually hits me more "active" and upbeat. If I let it run longer, it tends to get heavier and more chill. I'd choose based on the effect you're chasing.
