Heavy soil and heavy feeding. In my opinion pure water with correct ph and some Bacillus it;s the only thing you can do. Good luck!

Good Luck 👽

Most likely exceeded buffering capacity of the medium. You are using all mix which is a highly pre charged medium with a EC of over 1.8ms/cm or over to begin with. Most likely have been fertilizing more and more organic matter faster than your plant is using nutrients through growth. Anthocyanin(purple) accumulates in plants that are experiencing a scarcity of nitrogen. Chances of your plant actually being short on nitrogen is slim to none. Means its locked out by one mechanism or another. I see leaves laden with water as the cycle starts to break down. Potential high ec as leaf tips look to be showing high salinity. Get your ph reading. I'd guess it skewed. Organic breakdown of nitrogen faster than it be used will skew ratio. Or a combination of fertilizing faster than medium/plant can utilize the salts/ec. Leading to eventual skew. Soon as pH skews on organic delivery nutrients its game over. Flush reset and reapply full balanced feed. If the nitrification process is hindered and NH4+ accumulates in the soil, it can cause antagonism with essential cations like calcium Ca2+Mg2+. Ammonium (NH4+) requires 4-5x more water to separate from soil particles. Flush accordingly. But its gonna destroy Micros. Gotta do what you gotta do.

Second the temperature cause. If temps drop below 68F it increases it. Also, purple can be in some plants genetics. I'd assess the lushness under normal lighting. These plants do look a bit pale, but grow lights have that effect. I think it allows you to see hints of chlorosis long before you'd notice under normal room lighting. That does look like boron deficiency, but it is now an old leaf, so that's probably not an ongoing issue. Rare to have trace element issues. Usually lockout of some type - nutrient or pH. Soils should have plenty.. any soilless/hydro products should include them. If that's a bronze coloring, then Fe or Cl come into the picture.

A few things going on, a lack of calcium and a general lack of N/P/K. Purple stems can be a sign of a phosphorous issue. I do not think the purple is due to temps, your plants are suffering from incorrect feeding.

Could it be due to temperature? Based on the stem color and structure, that seems the most likely explanation. What temperatures are you running? When temperatures drop especially at night the plant produces less chlorophyll, allowing anthocyanins to become visible, which cause purple, reddish, or bluish tones. This happens more easily in strains with purple genetics. If the cold isn’t extreme, it’s not harmful and only affects color, not quality. However, very low temperatures or frost can damage the plant. 💨💨💨 Stay high
