Is there any hope for my seeds?

I planted germinated seeds in soil and being a newbie I didn't poke holes in 0,25l plastic glasses that served as pots and probably planted them too deep in the soil that wasn't the best quality. I planted them 5-6 days ago. Can I still save them or are they doomed?

The seeds are not totally gone, if you can apply some heat to keep the medium warm it would help, Also if you have any mycorrhiza that would also help the roots take hold and be more stable. If you feel they got watered to much, you can try and bury a peace of paper towel rolled up into a rope then along the edge of the planter and into the soil to absorb some of the liquid, then throw it out. some seeds take time to break the surface, I planted germinated seeds before and they took 8 days to pop, I used soil as well.

There is still hope , bad quality seeds can still germinate after 2 weeks. I've put some in the cotton for at least 2 week and nothing did germinate so I've put them in the pot of another plant and after a week they did germinate so 3 weeks before they can pop ; unfortunatly 2 seeds did pop out of 10
