See how the cotelydons are curled down? That a sign they are being over watered. The best way to water rockwool is to dip half the cube in a container with nutrient solution. Its ready to water when the top to the cube starts to feel dry.

Cheers,
moist, not wet.
water only as needed when it starts to dry
keep some good airflow to help thicken up them stems and if they are stretching a lot, move the light closer.
Good Luck and Happy Growing!
No heat pad and the dome is left on
I believe the environment has been holding steady - 26-27C (dropping a few degrees at night) and 68-72% humidity.
The last two days I have added water to the tray. Today the Rockwool is still moist but the tray has dried up a bit. Will probably add more water to base of tray.
Thanks Ezzjaybruh I think I'm on the right track!
So basically it comes down to your environment, if you’ve got a heat pad, if your keeping dome on it. Just keep it moist. You can just leave a layer of water on the base of that tray and it will be fine for several days usually
I always start in rockwool ..
You just need it moist, I usually have a little bit of water in then base of the tray.. but even when it drys up, they’re usually good for a day or two.
As long as there’s some weight to it from the water it’s fine..
