Possible reasons :
Over watering
Under watering
Heat but generally associate to under watering
Roots issue ( seems too healthy to be that )
Light just turned on and the plant leaves are pointing down because she was sleeping
Bet on one of the 2 first reasons

Hello brother, i think its time to water... ditch your finger in to soil and see if its dry, then you can water your plants. They will rise their leaves shortly

Looks to be over-watered. Try lifting the weight of the pot, and see if it feels super heavy/waterlogged. If so, dry it out for a few days before watering again. Good luck and nice looking plants otherwise!

Twisted/mottled growthNot a happy plant, was on a windowsill in 30c back 6 days ago and think the roots were overheated? Droppy towards the end of the day (indoors)The leaves on the WCA and the GA start to get droopy a couple hours before the time set for lights off, they are up and healthy during the day and the moment lights turn on, its like they prepare for lights off/on before it even happens, should i consider this an issue? Help diagnose hydroponic plants! Too much light/heat? Nutrient issue?The plant's leaves on the right are wilting and drying out, while the leaves on the left are spiking. Just did a nutrient/water change but it didn't help, and it looks like growth is being stunted on the right plant. Humidity has been around 45-55 rh and temp 70-80F

Hi, pot fell off, part of the soil came out. I put the soil back. Stem is not broken but its not as stable as before (maybe not, just feels like it). Left her under lights on and came back after 3 hours and leaves were drooping, but I hope it was because she needed water.
