Yes, absolutely it’s very common that two plants are ready at different times, even if they were started together. Different phenotypes can develop at different speeds, so one might be finishing up while the other still needs a bit more time. From what I can see, your plant looks like it’s getting close, but not quite there yet. Best way is to check the trichomes: mostly cloudy = peak THC some amber = more body effect still clear = not ready yet Don’t be afraid to harvest them separately if needed, that’s actually the best way to get the most out of each plant. Also your plant looks a bit light green, which can be normal late in flower, but just make sure she’s still getting enough nutrients until the final phase. You’re getting close 👌

yes, thas is no problem. Sometimes you have to regulate the different hight of the plants.

Yes, of course. Only clones of the same motherplant finish at same time😊👍

I run 12 clones very often (3x4), and even then there are differences that make me pick one plant over the other for harvesting, like position in the grow space and soil being from the same 320-liter bag of DIY compost, yet the drinking habits are a bit different, making some of the plants leave a bit more water on the tray, meaning either the soil is absorbing more water or the plants are drinking more, all of these small differences leading me to harvest 12 plants over one week, rather than taking all down the same day. They grow until they are ready, dry until they are ready, and cure for a month! xD Subjective opinions on, like, everything also need to be taken into consideration, meaning my average harvest is probably 2 weeks late if you would ask for a second opinion from some other grower.

Even they have the same genetics and growing conditions, so same cultivar or strain whatever you call them, yes they'll most probably be harvest ready at different times.

Yes its very possible or in other words it is nearly impossible for two plants to finish exactly the same time. Every plant has its own matabolism. One plant finishes faster than the other. Its no harvest point, more of a harvest-time frame. I think this is a good thing.

WHEN GROWING SEEDS DA CHANCE IS AROUND 10-30% DAT THEY WILL BE READY FOR HARVEST AT DA SAME TIME!! EVEN IF THEY SPROUTED AT DA SAME TIME!!!! CLONES FROM DA SAME MOTHER DAT HAVE ROOTED AT DA SAME TIME HAVE A CHANCE OF AROUND 90-95% TO BE HARVESTED AT DA SAME TIME!!!! OBVIOUS DER IS SOME ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS DAT CAN SMUDGE DA NUMBERS!!!!

It's not just possible, it's probable... i grow 8 at a time.. i usually harvest no more than 1-3 at a time as they finish. One plant took 23 days longer than the fastest in my 2026-1 diaries.
