If co2 levels are higher, the plant will benefit from slightly warmer temps than with ambient co2, but it's more complicated than that... your VPD (temp and rh) have to be in the right spot, too. Your light has to be providing enough DLI or there's no benefit. "Idiot free" would include a co2 censor so you don't kill yourself. Luckily, those co2 bags are probably insufficient. In a small lung room, you'd probably need 30-40lbs of sugar to feed enough yeast over 2-3 months of time to make enough co2. so if the yeast isn't exhausting 1/2lb to 3/4lbs of sugar per day or so, probably not pushing co2 too much. you need a co2 sensor... to see how much your bags are adding.. . too many variables to just say "1 bag does this" because the size of the tent or the room it resides in (whatever is sealed up) will make a huge difference. Your VPD is a bit high, so that'll slow transpiration, which reduces benefit of the added co2. utilizing co2 will require more effort and control
