The "stuck" one is not going to do anything...............there don't seem to be any true leaves growing between the embryonic cotyledons. Do not wait any longer in the hope something might happen................unfortunately, some seeds are duds..........plain and simple.

And the girl who is doing well is getting a little too much light - you can tell by the edges of the leaf, the teeth that are starting to curl back. The leaf then looks like a crocodile's mouth. This usually happens when it adapts to increased light intensity. It's not critical, but with such a small girl I would be more careful.

Depending on how wet the cake is around the girl, she is too wet and her roots are not growing. 2 options. A Let her live and don't water her until you see her growing. Or plant another one and, if worse comes to worst, you will kill her. Anyway, you have about 14 days before she starts. Such a seed only needs to have about 5cm of moisture around it. But if you have experience, don't judge me

Wow, I’m not sure what happened or why, but I’d start a new seed. I’ve had slow starting auto seeds in the past and tried letting them grow. However they always ended up being small with low yield.
