Should I cut the small buds on the base of the plant to make more focus on the buds higher up. I’m new the plants a gelato from fast buds with very light LST and defoliation.

At week 5 of flowering, I've read guides but all strains are diff. Does it look like it's time to start flushing 2 weeks and then chop?I have 4 different strains in my tent with different needs. Next time, probably keep it to one or two strains.
Does it look like time to start flushing the plants in the pictures? Having never done this, I don't know how long I can let them fatten and how to time it. Thoughts?

PPM super high and one of the plant seems to be blockedHi guys, im having a problem with my Amnesias, one of them in not fatting up buds and the one that is doing it, shows a PPM on flush of 4.2k
What shoud i do with the first one? I gave a nice flush at 6.5 ph of decanted water, should I keep going this way till the PPM low down?

Should I defoliate? Is it too late to defoliate (Autoflower)?I want to use photosynthesis from leaves as much as possible, but worry light will not penetrate to hidden buds.Will buds in shadow still develop but at slower rate - or will they be airy, popcorn buds at harvest?

Weak lighting during early flower kill yield?I had 3 weeks of weak lighting during the stretch phase of flowering. I now have a bigger tent so my lighting is now good again. Blue Dream flower size...I am about 21 weeks into my first grow. Blue Dream. Pre flowers started around week 13. Flowering has really taken off but it seems like there are several smaller flowers in a cluster rather than a few big ones. Is this normal for Blue Dream? -up the open sesame? diff nutes?
