Thrips (again) (advice against thrips? No Neem oil please, useless) (could it be fault of the bio bizz soil?)I have again a problem with thrips on my new plants. I can't figure out where these insects come from. I previously had other plants with thrips in the group box but I disinfected everything with alcohol before putting the new ones. What kind of insects can I use against thrips?

BUGS ON MY PLANTHELP! WHAT SHOULD I DO? y plant is in the very last stages of the vegetative phase, it was starting to flower until I noticed these small insects on the leaves which were already turning yellow. what should I do? the light is already set at 18/6 and the humidity at 40%

Cut or not?I leave tomorrow for two weeks, my plants are both in their ninth week. could I cut them or better do it when I return? they are almost ready. I'm afraid that if I leave them for another two weeks most of the trichomes will turn amber.

Slow growing..?These are my two photoperiod plants 'royal gorilla' and 'lemon shining silver haze'. I started them to germinate a week ago and today they are still so small. seeing many experiences here on grow diaries I realize that they probably should have grown much more. Is that normal..?
