Hi @ChillumMafia! To me, defoliation is always a positive thing, if done slightly and intelligently. Things to consider: Is the plant leafy/bushy or not? Is the plant healthy? Which leaves are creating shades? Are shades hiding popcorn buds or potential big colas from the light? In your case, the plants are tall and all stems seem to have a good airflow, I don't see any big cola under a leaf, so maybe you could tuck a few leaves but there's no need for a serious defoliation.
