To me your ph looks fine for soil. Your problem seems to be nute burn that has been getting worse over the last few weeks. Are you feeding with each watering? If you are you either need to feed once and water twice or cut back dramatically on the amount you are feeding with each watering. You can see the burns on the tips and leaf edges

My first thought was of a nutrient burn, have the leaves continued to get worse and spread to new unaffected leaves? If it hasn't continued to spread I think it got burnt and now the leaves are just stuck that way, as many wont heal after the burn. The second thought was it needing a higher dose of potassium which can also give those burnt looking brownish tips. Since this strain usually finish around 7-9 weeks of flowering theres still time. If you feel like it's still experiencing a burn like last week, maybe give it a good flush, otherwise up the power of your potassium slightly. She looks good overall and I'm sure she'll finish just fine. Happy Healthy growing, I hope the problem gets fixed.

Looks like your nutrients are blocked, it can come from your ph, det it down to 6,1 or 6, add some calcium it will help your nutrients to be eaten by your plant, when you have temperatures like 29° you HAVE to give extra calcium, calcium deficiencies can come when you grow with leds, when it's too hot, or when you have a bad PH.. So here you can say it's a combo ! I had the same problem two years ago.. Greenhouse powder calcium, and 3days after everything was ok ! I hope i helped you, feel free to ask ! Michka
