Hi <span class="link_user">@uomosenzanome</span>! I only see sugar leaves and calyxes, no worries. Moreover pollen sacs take several days to properly grow and open so if you see balls falling down move your plant elsewhere and gently remove the bananas. I’m confident you won’t have to do this. I don't see anything in the pics that indicate male or hermie to me. If you can get a closer pic of the nodes, that's where the pollen sacks would show up if there are any.
