Blue Dream

I've smoked after drying but before curing. I really like how it makes me feel. I can still think and still feel like me. Not sedating and no munchies. Nice taste. Smell is less intense than I'd like but maybe curing will improve that. The buds are attractive, particularly the orange pistils contrasting with the green flower. Trichomes shine when photographed with flash; the buds don't look super frosty to the naked eye, though.

This plant produces monster colas but is susceptible to budrot. Buds on the fluffier side. Deep blueberry slushie smell while growing and a fruity/floral blueberry smell after dry and cure. Definitely an uplifting high.

Stinks of berries and diesel fuel 😁 Hits fast behind the eyes and elevates immediately. Daytime for sure

2nd run of ILGM Blue Dream. Very yummy cultivar, fruity AF delish to smoke or make into concentrate

Plant grew pretty good. Was all organic. Did have WPM issues in late flower. Buds are very dense. 1 ounce filled jar just over half way.

Just started drying will deffo update when drying is done.

Easy grow, 100% organic inputs...just watered, top dressed n added a lil molasses n fish fertilizer in flower. Results are huge, super dense frosty loud colas. 780W in flower.

Just chopped, sample shows it will be a great day time buzz. Will report once dried.

I take two small bong rips and walk around like a dinosaur for a few hours. Its strong! It was more disease and mold resistant than the granddaddy purple I got from ILGM.

Getting great yeilds and terps are loud. Two plants turned purpleish late flowering. Monster nugs and dense. Great strain

Blue dream smells and taste hella good. Grew great and with only a 4 week veg I got 72 gs.

Definitely a nice relaxing night time high. Helps with the aches and pains as well

Night time made us float for a few hours on the first session. Next session were daytime and it was just great! No complaints. Better than what I'm willing to pay in the store.

Great day time smoke.. breeder breakdown is 70/30 sativa dominant. Very clear headed smoke for me, which is important for me.. not gonna dumb down my mental state. Subtle body sensation, non drowsy, non sedative. Creative sometimes for me personally.

Will report back on smoke after a full cure. These were two very distinct phenotypes of blue dream, one had dense buds like I usually see more in Indicas. The other had lighter more airy buds These were also purposely kept us very small plants growing in basically 1 gallon of soil in a 2 gallon container. I wasn’t going for quantity on this one just a comparison between 12/12 and reg veg cycle. Unfortunately because they turned out to distinctly different plants it’s hard to say what was caused by what. That said the regular veg cycle plant turned out gorgeous in color and real nice dense buds Smoke report- I absolutely love this strain. For a long time I considered myself an indica guy.. which is true. But I stayed away from sativas because I can get in my head and paranoid with some strains. I’ve come to the realization that you can’t really just judge strains by their percentage of indica/sativa.. it depends on the person ingesting it - as well as that specific strain. I’ve had 100% indicas make my head race and paranoid/anxious in the way I thought was only supposed to be a sativa trait. Anyhow - point is that this is such a clear headed high and I’m starting to realize there are a lot of strains I’d like to try that fall on the sativa dominant side. This is supposed to be 70/30 sativa dominant. I do like how it isn’t really sedating and keeps me from feeling dumbed down. That is another aspect of some strains I despise is that loss of mental sharpness. That’s not a factor with this bud. Doesn’t give me munchies either which I don’t mind sometimes getting the munchies, but after a day of eating clean and healthy - I hate to ruin it all right before bed by demolishing half the fridge after I smoke a bit. It’s an uplifting and kind of creative high for me, it has a higher ~2% cbd content. As you can see the phenos were so different visually and physically. Interestingly the high was very similar - the blue buds from the reg veg were definitely a bit stronger - probably a few percentage points higher of THC. ————UPDATE———— If I could change rating on many of these ILGM grows I would. While particular phenos were great, there’s wayyyy too much variation. Not to mention about half of my plants from ILGM seed threw bananas/intersex traits appeared. I believe ILGM is subcontracting out breeding to anyone.. so who knows where these seeds are coming from. Just become pretty disillusioned by the seed industry in the past 6-9 months.. it’s a shit load of marketing and little in the way of respectable genetics. Tho I rarely pay for seeds anymore, I will only work with breeders from here on out. Not “seed banks” who label their own lines as theirs but buy wholesale from god knows who. I get there’s a place for all that - but I want the best genetics possible. A company that spends little on marketing and advertising, and almost entirely on their craft of breeding seeds.. weeding out the inferior, running down several generations for stability, etc etc.. let the results speak for themselves. Alright I feel like that was a nice rant. Research what you’re buying folks. If you don’t give much of a shit.. I understand that too.

Good solid, rock hard bugs. Earthy and sweet smell, pungent after smell and taste

A nice cerebral daytime high. The taste is nice out of dynavap. Smell not as strong as I’d like but decent overall.

I gave the chop to two of the girls, hoping my trichome skills have the Blue Dream a little on the cerebral side. The other two will have slightly more amber trichomes when i give them the chop in 7 days.
