4 Assed Monkey

She was a breeze to grow but also a little wonky. She sort of self-topped herself, and most of her leaves only had three fingers. There were some with five, but a bunch looked weird with only two or four fingers. The buds were super airy and fluffy - the airiest buds I have ever grown. Because of that, it took forever to trim her. The yield was good, but that trim suuucked, and the buds have terrible bag appeal as they are so airy. Towards the end of the grow she had AMAZING grapefruit terps, which has mellowed out a bit after the dry, but the grapefruit is still there. Tested with my tCheck 3 to 18,9% THC.

This is one of my favorites Mephisto strains so far. very strong, great terps, makes excellent dry kief, would definitely buy the seeds and grow again.

This has been my favorite autoflower to grow, by far. Huge colas and nice dense buds. She kept a lot of the GG4 qualities. Buds were so heavy, I had to tie them up because the branches were bending down to the floor.

Harvested today! Hopefully I didn't harvest too early, but they seemed ready to me. I hung the plant in the grow tent and it is sitting at 60 degrees and 60% humidity. Left most of the leaves on but did cut off some of the larf before hanging. I didn't weigh it before I hung it so I have no idea how much it weighs right now.

Absolute knockout tackle!

This 2-gallon run was harvested at 80 days, wet trimmed, and placed in the HerbsNow dryer for 80 hours. After a few days curing, the bud has gotten louder and more hydrated. Smells like pine with a faint funky grape scent, and it still has the acrid/bile-like undertones. (Dry yield=28 g/1 oz. on the dot.) Will update at different points of the cure. Smooth smoke after five days, and it hits similar to GG#4; the effects hit the head more than body, but it feels like a balanced hybrid that helps with anxiety and mild pain relief. Overindulging will lead to couchlock!

Nice and relaxing. Pleasant body high that is easy on the couch lock and has a nice cerebral buzz that stays mellow. Vapor taste of sweet perfume with a slight peppery finish. Great relaxing time with an easy come down that doesn’t leave you burnt.

Harvested on day 71 (this plant started 5 days behind the other two). I would have let it go another week but the other two plants were ready to chop. I'll probably get a separate drying tent set up in the future to avoid this problem. 4 Assed Monkey was easy to grow and the buds filled in a lot during the final two weeks. Smells like pine and citronella, limonene, kind of skunky. Final dry bud weight was 104g / 3.7 oz

I had 2 of these that I topped on day 21. Both grew on without much attention and yielded well...especially considering their size.

5/3/20 Easy to grow very little issues. I'll finish the review after all is dried and cured. 5/22/20 Very tasty, smells like berries and fruit, excellent smoke defo top shelf, will grow this again!!! 6/20/20 Cure has brought out this wonderful licorice flavor!👊

I think this 4AM leaned more towards the grape crinkle but she really seemed to enjoy the DWC set up. very fast and vigorous growth. she stretched alot more than i had hoped however.

Smells like someone eating fruit yogurt spilled it in some gasoline 😋

Ended up with two completely different plants. One is dense, but a little leafy and smells fruity, and the other is fluffier with less leaves and smells like black pepper. The high is similar to my last 4AM grow - a very relaxing body high.

This was so nice. Super smooth, I get a little fruity aftertaste and the high is stimulating and relaxing at the same time. She’s been curing for about a week and a half and every time I open her jar I get knocked in the face with a sweet dank berry smell.

They smell and taste absolutely amazing already and I can't wait for them to get even better during the cure! Smell and taste so tropical and fruity! Makes my eyes heavy but not sleepy! Euphoric and creative/happy buzz! More indica for me! Update after 2 week cure: Heaviness of the indica stone have mellowed a bit(maybe I'm just getting used to it, absolutely love these terps), into a nice relaxing euphoric buzz. Really loving the effects, good at night but also good for day time smoke. Terps are awesome on this one! Berries! Berries and grapes is what these taste and smell like. #1 pheno is slightly less fruity and a bit more pungent. Loving these! Very frosty looking 2 weeks into the cure! Update after 2.5 months cure: Taste and potency have only increased! I'm going to really miss this strain, definately going to run it again after I've tried some of the other meph strains! This 4AM reaks of grape and one of the phenos has a gasy mix to it. Some potent stuff here!

Small yield but a solid smoke

This 4 Assed Monkey from Mephisto grew well. I had no issues and it produced some grape smelling tight little buds. I have it curing now and can't wait to try it out. I sampled it 9 days into curing and was very pleased with the flavor. The Grape Crinkle is very noticeable and taste very sweet. It is very smooth and isn’t harsh at all. I am pumped about my first harvest and excited I chose Mephisto Genetics 4 Assed Monkey. I was looking for an auto that has that grape taste like I’ve had on a few occasions and this delivered. The high is powerful and is a really good night smoke. I am sampling every couple days now to fully grasp what the curing process is doing and I am learning so much. I purchased 2 small hygrometers to move around from jar to jar and am able to keep humidity around 65 right now. I am opening the jars daily and leaving them open for 30min-Overnight. I can see the curing process working and can tell how it will benefit the end product if done correctly.

This is some Serious DANK DANK weed!! I grew at least 10 strains from Mephisto , but only Sour Crinkle and This Blew my mind.. She is sooo stinky ,sticky and vigorous..Super easy to grow, and pretty good yielder..I had to pull her down at least 2 weeks too early, and she didn't mind, she still produced great yield and was real potent .. My biggest sorry is that I didn't order it again..But I will certainly do..
