FFT5

Even for a tester bean this plant was a great grow. She showed stability and strong development all the way through👍. It’s more evening than day time stuff and I would’ve preferred it be a little harder hitting. That said, she’s certainly not a slouch and she’ll be a great addition to the cupboard stash while we wait for the next run to finish the flower cycle. Full props and a shoutout to BudXs for the bean share. Always nice have’n a growmie who’s willing to spread the love👍😎👊.

Another top level fast flowering strain, makes some incredible colas, some of the best out of the set of testers.

The fattest colas OH MY GAWD!!!!! This has to be one of the biggest, fattest srains to grow, if there are bigger I would be amazed. Dry numbers speak for themselves. Some of the dry colas weighing in at 4 grams. The taste is earth on this one, nice hitting hybrid, and definitely some critical mass genetics in her.

These are FFT5, the fifth in the fast flowering FastBuds photoperiod line. These were taken as regular clones. This is one of my grows that was greatly kiboshed by spider mites so the score and review is heavily determined by events. FFT5 was cloned and sprouting quick and slender. I wasn’t over the moon about the taste the first time through so I decided to have some fun and put two clones into one container. My experience is that strains of the same genetics don’t seem to struggle as the timing is identical. I find FFT5 just powers through the flowering stage, truly fast flowering. As stated, the mite wave eventually washed over the FFT5s, and they went to town on the leaf material I had done well to preserve. First, I dropped ladybugs in to reduce the bulk population. I left the FFT5s outside in the Canadian summer climate for a bit to get picked cleaned and rained on. In the end, the mites were driven off leaving a stringy mess. I implemented a vigorous budwash which helped keep the product consumable. The bud quality was certainly reduced with the later mite infested plants, less density gained, so more airy and with orange hairs easily falling off. The effects have been consistent since the first go, very indica, and I find it does get to me. If anything, its reliable medication. Like the rest of the mite weed, trichomes are minimal, as the buds had poor conditions and then were scrubbed. Taste is bland, sort of herby or just general non taste of salvaged bud. That said, I got a good cure which is rare for me, so the final buds were much more full of flavour which was increasing over time. Many on here would be more than willing to wait for flavour, so it may just be one that takes a bit to come in. I was getting a variety of herb tastes and smells, which is what I expected, but I was for sure sensing some deep after tones of sour or sweet. I don’t want to describe this too much because it would be inaccurate. My point is that I for sure saw a step up in flavour compared to their mother. Overall, the mites really hindered the experience. A fast flowering plant crossed with ruderalis is not going to be able to take a substantial war, and so the results are expected. FFT5 did clearly outperform another tester in every category that also went through the Spider Mite Trials. I’m hearing alot of rumblings of love for FFT5. Thats fine, it won’t blow you away with smell or flavour. The effects are very nice. I’m not sure I can rank this tester ahead of any of its other FastBuds sister strains.

Absolutely amazing strain couldn't be any happier with how it grew. Buds look great she smells beautiful and taste like a light orange, but sweet. If you want some punchy indica dominant weed that will take your mind first and then your body this is a great strain. I'd reccomended to all growers as she grows well and is very potent. Overall I am very happy with this strain. Smoke: The smoke is extremely smooth, light, and airy. Smell: Earthy Appearance: Nice dense buds. Good size and consistent throughout the plant. Lots of crystals on the buds. Give a light green contrast to the buds complimented with nice orange pistols. Effects: So far this strains seems to be a good smoke both day and night. Day time, it will definitely be that high that makes you enjoy anything your doing. Night time, this strain does give the munchie sensation but will also put you to sleep.

This FF5 sativa is a beast, super tall with a tree trunk of a stalk. Huge haze nugs with an outstanding lemon 🍋 uplifting smell. The high is very energizing carrying you up into the clouds for hours, great for your morning smoke or your "gotta do work" strain. Her taste is very pure with strong lemon bursts and a flowery undertone, a very calming smoke. A monster yielder coming in at 5 ounces or 143 Grams, harvested on day 65. A recommended great strain for the sativa enthusiast, an easy grow with no deficiencies with a incredible finish 💯🌳🍋💨

Great taste very different orange diesel earthy taste I find more a sativa day time smoke might of cut a lil too early but we got good taste Big nuggets

This is FFT5, the first FastBuds fast flowering photoperiod I get to review. Overall, my first foray into the testers was hampered by winter conditions and other struggles, not a great start. I am also trying to ease myself into more effective plant sizes, experiment with sea of green, and so forth. This plant was never meant to be a massive yield. Growing was simply, it seems to shoot up easily, was one of the first of the testers to recover/look good, and it seems lanky and capable of stretch. I really stripped the branches to ensure total focus on the two main buds (one topping). The plant was young, small. but green going into flower. I am somewhat surprised by how little it bulked up. The buds were thin, not bulbous. The smell during growing was non existent, or overpowered, and after drying it doesn’t get much strong. Just a sort of subtle cannabis smell. This strain would be primarily used for effects over taste. The effects are for sure indica, and nice and strong. I gotta say I really enjoyed when this was mixed in the background of other strains. I found it was hard to consistently overcome the indica drain. Lovely! I would prefer more dense buds, FFT5 was slightly stringy, but very visually nice. The trichome production was really good! I did get some clones, and have further FFT5 on the go, so I will try to build them up larger next time.

Whoa Writing this for my wife as right now she does not feel like floating over here to do it and want this fresh in my mind. Forgive my grammar in advance as I am flying. Starts sativa-ish hitting the head in the upper sinus (sound familiar) with a nice sativa glow. Next came a series of body tingles and sensory changes that come in with some indicas. Then came the floating... Wow nice experience , good size dose as we have been waiting so long for this. We are giddy over this high.. heh yeah add giddy to the list 😍 Add face melter to that list, keep trying to push our faces back into position 😎 😟😐😁 After a few hours it settles into a nice comfortable body stone where you can sleep if you want. Prob wont have a lot of choice later Annnd … I was right, when it decided to leave so did any desire to stay awake. So worth growing

Wow, 46 days of flowering and shes done, or should I say shim. Found nanners in the thick under canopy and I did find some bud that pollinated and had ripe mature seeds. The buds that didn't pollinate are potent as fuck. Very strong cerebral face numbing high, very zen feeling. Tastes of spiced cake with a creamy sour berry topping, pretty delicious. Yield was good for the size but dont know how much seed weight is in there, not many seen when analyzing the mason jars. Hopefully the hermaphrodite situation is a fluke and not a genetic defect as I look forward to giving this another grow. Ended up with 20 g of kief

This one's my favourite grow wise. She's a real producer and has beautiful buds that resemble spear heads. Great harvest with a reasonably short veg. Really nothing bad to say about this one at all

the buds are nice and dense sticky indica. it has a nice heavy stone high. after a smoking bowl it was real nice pain killer, at first I almost forgot what I was doing as the buzz was heavy in the head at first but slowly went to a nice body relaxation. this grew out to the breeders recommended time of 42 days. I went 46. I would grow this again, this could be a good night time smoke but I smoke all day cause I like it. long story short, this was fun to grow and I would do it again.
